Pratiquer le yoga avec régularité est le meilleur moyen de ressentir la transformation positive qui s’opère au fil de la pratique. La connexion entre le corps et l’esprit est la clé de cette transformation. L’action de prendre du temps pour se recentrer, pour faire du bien à son corps et à son esprit nous redonne toute l’importance que nous méritons. Car notre être est soumis à l’épreuve constamment dans un soucis d’évolution.
C’est justement dans les moments de stress, lorsque l’on se sent débordé que l’on a tout intérêt à rester calme et concentré. En perdant un peu de temps à retrouver son calme intérieur on en gagne le double en prenant les bonnes décisions et en agissant efficacement.
Lorsque le mental se calme, lorsque le corps est détendu, les pensées cessent de s’agiter dans tous les sens et on y voit beaucoup plus clair à l’intérieur de soi. Il devient plus facile de prendre du recul pour ressentir son intuition et prendre les bonnes décisions.
Le mental est comme un disque dur qu’il faudrait nettoyer pour évacuer les charges mentales toxiques qui l’encombre. Cela libère de l’espace pour de la pensée positive, de la créativité, de la curiosité ou ce qu’on veut !
Lorsqu’on ne prend pas le temps de faire ce ménage intérieur avec régularité, on peut se sentir tout à coup dépassé par un trop plein d’émotions ou de pensées négatives dont on n’aurait pas lâché prise au fil du temps. On traverse alors une situation de crise pénible et il est souvent long de rétablir l’équilibre. Alors pourquoi ne pas prévenir lorsqu’il est encore temps ?
La pratique du yoga permet de prendre le temps d’écouter ce qu’il se passe à l’intérieur de soi et de ressentir ses pensées, émotions, sensations qui nous traversent à chaque instant. La force transformatrice vient certainement de la pratique du non jugement. On s’entraine à accepter qui l’on est physiquement, puis qui l’ont est intérieurement, en observant ce qu’il se passe à l’intérieur de nous sans juger. L’objectif est de devenir un observateur neutre et détaché de soi même. La mise en pratique directe des concepts de non jugement et de lâcher prise ont lieu pendant chaque cours de yoga et c’est par la répétition et la pratique que ces concepts se transforment réellement en habitude de vie.
Prendre un moment dans la journée pour écouter son corps et lui faire du bien confère un sentiment de sécurité et réduit considérablement l’anxiété. Cela nourrit aussi et surtout le sentiment d’amour de soi, fondement indispensable au bonheur intérieur. La connexion à soi permet d’ouvrir la voie vers la quête intérieure pour devenir le créateur de sa vie et non plus être un spectateur.
